Shipping & Delivery
Beckishi Couture ships across Nigeria and to select international destinations. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.
All our pieces are handcrafted to order. Please account for production time alongside shipping time when planning your purchase, especially for custom items.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. For custom or personalised orders, production time may extend to 7 to 14 business days depending on the complexity of the piece. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)
Lagos same-day or next-day delivery is available for orders within Lagos. Delivery windows are subject to our logistics partner's schedule and will be confirmed at checkout or via WhatsApp.
For nationwide delivery, we ship to all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. Beckishi Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable domestic and international logistics providers. Tracking information will be shared with you once your order is in transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our logistics partner's platform.
6. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is lost or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our logistics partner and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
8. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
During public holidays, festive seasons, or periods of high demand, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will communicate any expected delays via our social media channels or email.
