Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in every piece that leaves our studio. If your order does not meet your expectations for reasons within our control, we will work with you to make it right. Please read this page carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Beckishi Couture, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Our Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

We do not accept returns for change of preference, wrong size ordered where sizing information was clearly provided, or minor cosmetic variations inherent to handmade production.

2. Our Exchange Policy

If you would prefer a replacement item rather than a refund, we are happy to arrange an exchange where stock and materials allow. Exchange requests are subject to the same conditions and timeframe as returns.

3. Returns & Exchange Timeframe

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 48 to 72 hours of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process the request. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Do not send anything back without prior authorisation from us.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been used, washed, perfumed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

6. Return Shipping

Shipping costs for approved returns due to our error will be covered by Beckishi Couture. For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds on Returned Items

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer for Nigerian customers. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.

8. Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of a clear manufacturing error on our part.

9. Processing Time

Please allow 5 to 7 business days after we receive your returned item for your exchange or refund to be processed. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once complete.
