At Beckishi Couture, every piece is crafted with intention and care. We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help within the conditions outlined below.

Please note: because our products are handmade, slight variations in fabric pattern, stitching placement, and colour tone are expected and are not considered defects.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during production
  • The item was lost or significantly damaged during delivery, with supporting evidence provided

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Custom or personalised orders once production has started
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Items returned without prior authorisation from us

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

All refund requests must be made within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us at info@beckishicouture.com or +234 813 6112 160 on WhatsApp with the following information:

  • Your order number and full name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs clearly showing the defect or damage

We will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer for Nigerian customers. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return of Item

In some cases, we may request that the defective item be returned before a refund is issued. Return shipping costs for items confirmed as defective or incorrectly sent will be covered by Beckishi Couture. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
